With no other public space amenities close by, and the developer recognising a number of new owners had small children or grand children, Enviro Culture Services was engaged to developer to provide a landscape package for an area within the new estate to provide outdoor facilities for the residents of the new subdivision.

A palette of natural timber and neutral tones were selected for the recreation area to complement the setting, which is set back from the roadside and bordered by Environmental reserves.

As well as play equipment and a fitness course, shade structures and park furniture were installed to create a flexible area for park picnics, street parties, and childrens birthday gatherings.
